For the first time in YEARS, NOBODY complained of being uncomfortable, not even the kids in the second row, and my son is about 5' 7". I've never been able to make the 500+ mile trip pain free and I was able to drive the entire time. We only had to stop twice for gas. My entire experience was great. Chad took time to understand my needs and budget for a vehicle. Then he told me about the options that they had available that met my criteria. When, I looked outside the top of my prince range, he redirected me. Once I decided to purchase, Russ explained everything about the trade-in, purchase, financing, and warranty options in an easy to understand way. I had a great experience with the staff, purchasing a new ram truck. Chad kept me informed as the truck was being built and shipped to the dealership. He did a great job in explaining the vehicle and answering all questions. Russ was great in getting the financing taken care of, along with extended warranty options. We could get a comparable vehicle in the make, model, year and price range at a number of dealers throughout wisconsin/minnesota. Always good to compare, but i've always strived to keep our vehicle purchases at local dealers. This dealership was truly a shining star! Would do business with again. Look forward to bringing in our vehicle for service when needed. The whole transaction with the used vehicle purchase was quick and easy. Very enjoyable experience.
Never had a bad experience here. The workers truly care about their customers and as long as you treat them with respect they will treat you with respect as well. I see a lot of reviews stating service was unable to fix their issue, why not bring it back in and state what they did didn't fix it instead of taking it somewhere else? Some times it takes a few looks to find what's wrong and I have never had an issue with them fixing multiple of my vehicles. Sales people are very friendly and informative and they will always give you the straight answer instead of sugar coating things.
